Dragonfly Gimlet Grenade
The good people at Dragonfly in Wellington kindly shared their Gimlet Grenade recipe with us...
Ingredients:
30mLÂ Cherry & Pomegranate syrup
45ml Dragonfly gin
3 lime wedges
Barspoon of chopped cucumber
6 mint leaves
Method:
Fill a coupe (or martini) glass with ice
Muddle lime, cucumber and mint
Add gin and Cherry & Pomegranate syrup
Shake and double strain into glass
Garnish with cucumber coin on a skewerÂ
Tropicana
Make this delicious summer cocktail with our Tropical Soda Syrup!
Ingredients:
30mL Tropical Syrup
30mL Honest Spiced Rum or white rum
Soda water
Passionfruit pulp
Fresh mint
Method:
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Add 30mL rum, 30mL syrup, and top with soda water.
Stir. Garnish with mint sprig, passionfruit pulp, and a paper umbrella.

30mL Honest Six Spiced Rum30 mL Vermouth15 mL Hibiscus SyrupTwisted Orange Peel

Build in a short glass over ice. Squeeze and twist an orange peel in for your garnish.Â

30mL Orange Dandelion Syrup
40mL Tequila
1/2 lime
Pinch of salt
Soda water

In a tall glass with lots of ice add the syrup, tequila, soda water, and a pinch of salt. Squeeze the lime in and garnish with shell, mint, or edible flowers.
